Ionian “Jojo” Vega graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health and Sciences in 2014. She combines blends of Swedish massage, deep tissue work,sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, as well as shiatsu in each session in order to provide a healing yet soothing experience. Jojo feels massage is a great integration to the many modalities that can be practiced to achieve an overall balanced and holistic lifestyle.

Mark came into bodywork through his years as a Martial Arts practitioner, competing in a multitude of disciplines. The dynamic movements of the sport led him to explore various forms of self-care. Finding himself in constant injuries, massage therapy inevitably became part of his recovery. Graduating from the Swedish Institute in 2000, His practice assimilates active release techniques, sports therapy stretches and deep tissue techniques. Adapting to the needs of his clients the goal is seeing them enjoy the simple movements of life. Mark has also developed a practice in prenatal care that includes take at home tips and techniques to teach partners how to help through the pregnancy.
Davíd is a NY state licensed massage therapist whose foundation in the study of health science and movement would apex as an alumni at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Passionate about the necessitated evolution of our self-care culture David has studied years of TCM, Shiatsu, Tui Na Acupressure, Western rehab/sports, and adaptive myofascial therapies to build a framework within which his intuitive practice can best assist the call to denormalize chronic pain and demystify our sense of self. After over a decade as a massage therapist and experience in a variety of medical settings, Neela comes to believe that few things are as powerful as skilled, caring human touch. Massage reminds the body that it is capable of greater wellbeing. Her goal is to empower each client to experience less pain and improved health in daily life through hands-on work, coupled with education. She began my practice in Arizona in 2006 after graduation from Desert Institute of the Healing Arts. She’s enjoyed deepening her knowledge of the body over the years and am immersed in the further study of Ayurveda, which has transformed her own life powerfully over the past several years.
BK is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, NCBTBM Therapist, NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and soon-to-be NCCAOM Board Certified Acupuncturist in April 2019. He has been a dedicated alternative health care practitioner for 13 years, having graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in 2005. He is a passionate learner and regularly attends various continuing education courses and seminars to improve his skills and knowledge of massage and personal training. Sharon is an NYC based Licensed Massage Therapist from Malaysia. Having been introduced to massage at a young age, Sharon has always been a fan of massages and incorporates Massage Therapy into her own physical and emotional health regiment. Sharon is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Her massage training is enriched by her participation in community outreach programs such as the Tunnel to Towers program (a 5K run and walk dedicated to the memory of Stephen Siller, a firefighter who lost his life on September 11, 2001) 2016 and 2017, and the Womenkind (previously New York Asian Women Center) outreach program at PCOM in August 2017. Sharon began training as an aerialist with a focus on aerial silks and aerial hoop (lyra) in 2015. She is also a Yoga and Aerial Yoga instructor, receiving her certifications from Warrior Bridge and Om Factory respectively. Sharon is also certified in Prenatal Massage under the instruction of Kiera Nagle, creator of MaMassage® and Assistant Dean of PCOM. She continuously strives to provide therapeutic experiences with a client-centered approach and enjoys working with athletes, high mobility clientele, and Weekend Warriors.
